中央供料系統是根據客戶現場機台的擺放情況和對現場原料的用料情況,結合特有輔機設備而設計的一種能夠實現集中供料,集中控制,從而實現全廠無人化不間斷成形作業的整體性解決方案。中央供料系統採用工業電腦自動對所有機台進行集中控制,實現了對所有用料單元的24小時連續供料作業。配合系統內各機台的特殊功能。可以完美實現原料的除濕、乾燥、輸送、計量、混合等特殊要求。中央供料系統具有多種監控及保護功能,工作安全可靠,是企業實現無人化工廠的核心前提。

控制單元

中央供料控制部分主要負責接收各個工作單元發出的信號,在經過運算後發出相關指令到各個執行單元,是整個中央供料系統的大腦,決定整個系統的穩定與成敗。中央供料控制箱採用西門子PLC和人機,是系統安全穩定運行的前提保障。

Control Unit

The control part of centralized feeding system is mainly responsible for receMng the signals sent from each working unit. After computing, relevant commands will be sent to each execution unit. It is the brain of the whole centralized feeding system, for it decides the stability and success of the whole system.Siemens PLC and man-machine interface are adopted for the centralized feeding control cabinet. it is the precondition and guarantee of the safe and stable operation of the system.

 

動力單元

動力部分主要包含真空馬達和安全過濾集塵器,電子式釋壓閥和機械釋壓閥等組成,負責為整個系統提供充足的動力,配合系統完成各項抽料工作,是整個系統的動力來源。

Dynamic Unit

The dynamic part is mainly composed of vacuum motor safety filter,electronic pressure relief valve, mechanical pressure relief valve, etc.. It is responsible for providing sufficient dynamic power for the whole system. It coordinates with the system to complete various loading tasks. It is the dynamic source of the whole system.

 

 

輸送單元

輸送部分主要包括吸料盒、斷料式吸料箱、選料站、現場管路及二次斷料閥等組成吸料箱的功能是配合系統將原料從乾燥機或原料送至吸料機,口徑依據系統而定。斷料式吸料箱的功能是配合進行抽料並具備清料功能,防止管路內有殘存餘料存在。採用抗靜電管夾,有效消除靜電。

Conveying Unit

The conveying unit mainly includes suction box,shut-off box, material distribution station, site pipes, material cleaming valve, etc.. The function of suction box is to coordinate with the system to deliver the raw materials from dryer to autoloader. The caliber is determined according to the system. The function of shut-off suction box is to coordinate with the system for loading and cleaning materials to prevent the existence of residual materials in the pipes. Using antistatic hose clamp that can eliminate static electricity effectively.

 

原料處理

包括乾燥機和除濕機,儲料桶。通過除濕乾燥處理,滿足產品對原料的特別要求,降低產品不良率,提高產品的品質,同時可以有效縮短產品的成型周期。

Raw Material Processing

Dehumidifying dryer and material storage tank is mainly to meet the requirements of the products for the temperature of raw materials so as to effectively shorten the molding cyde time.

 

終端單元

中央式料杯是整個系統的終端設備;兩料比例閥主要配合粉碎機,滿足成形機對新料和次料混合使用的特殊要求。

Terminal Unit

Centralized hopper receiver is the terminal device of the whole system. The proportional valve mainly coordinates with granulator to meet the special requirements of forming machine for the mixed use of new and inferior materials.
